The operator and data controller is 陈根 (CHEN GEN), an individual based in China. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

Data we handle

Free play may involve browser and device information, page views, game events, and approximate location through Google Analytics. Game settings, recent results, and language choices may remain in your browser.

Optional Google sign-in gives us a Google account ID, name, email, profile picture, and a site session token. If you choose to save play records, we store the game, score, and date. We also receive the email and message you send when contacting us.

For optional support, Waffo Pancake collects checkout and card information on its own site. We may see the receipt, amount, payment status, and contact details needed for support or refunds. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Purposes and service providers

We use data to run games and optional accounts, save requested history, measure site use, answer messages, handle support payments and refunds, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or send ZogMath marketing emails.

Cloudflare hosts the site and API; Google provides sign-in and Google Analytics; Waffo Pancake processes hosted checkout. These providers may process data outside your country. Data collected directly by them is also subject to their own policies.

Cookies, retention, and security

Local storage holds language, game settings and progress, and optional sign-in data until you clear it. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. Blocking them may affect history or sign-in features.

Optional account details and cloud play records remain while the account is used. We process a verified deletion request within 30 days unless law requires longer retention. The ZogMath Google Analytics property is currently set to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Waffo retains payment records under its policy and legal duties.

We use HTTPS and restrict access to account data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Advertising status and choices

ZogMath currently publishes an AdSense ownership-verification meta tag and an ads.txt seller record for its application. These records do not load Google advertising cookies. ZogMath games currently do not display third-party ads or send personalized advertising requests.

If Google advertising is enabled later, Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Any use of personalized ads may involve information from visits to this and other sites. We will update this policy and configure the required consent and child-directed treatment before enabling those features.

Google Analytics is a separate service and may already use analytics cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google also provides advertising-personalization controls in My Ad Center and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not remove access to free games.

Children and your rights

Free games do not require an account. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's optional Google sign-in and must authorize a payment. If a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact [email protected] for review or deletion.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Changes

We update the date and version above when this policy changes. Where practical, material changes will be announced on the site at least 15 days in advance. ZogMath games do not display third-party ads.
